Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate hands-on patient care consistent with LPN scope
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document according to policy
Monitor and assess patient condition; report changes promptly to the care team
Maintain clear, timely charting in the patient record
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current and in good standing
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Prior LPN experience in a clinical or acute care setting preferred
Ability to perform duties during 12.5-hour shifts and maintain endurance and focus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Completed LPN program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Solid working knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
Proficiency with patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Comfortable with clinical documentation and electronic health records
Good time management and critical thinking under pressure
Compassionate patient-centered approach and strong teamwork skills
