Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor, assess and document patient conditions and responses to care
Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team and patient families
Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure safety and quality
Support a positive, patient-centered environment every shift

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — current, active license
Comfortable working approximately 12.5-hour day shifts
Ability to work locally in Waterville, ME (local-only assignment)

Education

LPN credential or vocational nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient assessment and clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Effective communication and teamwork in a clinical setting
Time management and ability to prioritize during a long shift
Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy
