Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a difference every day
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document appropriately
• Monitor patient condition, report changes promptly, and escalate when needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain clear, timely charting in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Support patients and families with education, empathy, and clear communication
• Assist with basic clinical procedures and ensure a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — Pennsylvania licensure preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a long-term care or clinical setting preferred but new grads who shine are welcome to apply

Education

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program (diploma or certificate)
• High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Ability to perform patient assessments and recognize changes in condition
• Familiarity with documentation best practices and EMR systems
• Good time management and prioritization during busy 12-hour shifts
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
