Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents using best practices
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create excellent care plans
Maintain clear, timely charting and care notes in the medical record
Support a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for every resident

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Comfortable working as part of an interdisciplinary care team

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care knowledge
Resident assessment and documentation skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
Time management, organization, and teamwork
Ability to follow care plans and clinical protocols accurately
