Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility protocols
Monitor patients’ conditions and communicate changes clearly to the care team
Assist with daily living activities while promoting resident independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family members to create and follow care plans
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program or equivalent diploma/certificate
BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care
Patient assessment and monitoring vital signs
Charting and electronic health record familiarity
Infection control best practices and safety procedures
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced care environment
Empathy, active listening, and clear communication with residents and families
