Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately, following facility policies
Monitor patient status and promptly report changes to the care team
Document care, observations, and communications clearly and timely
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary staff to support patient goals
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Participate in unit-based initiatives to improve patient experience and outcomes

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation
Basic patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Charting in electronic medical records with attention to detail
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and teammates
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
