Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts; schedule varies (orientation required)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
- Perform safe and respectful patient transfers and mobility assistance
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and observations
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and support
Qualifications
- Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Ability to participate in and complete required orientation
- Current, valid state identification and ability to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in team-based care
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on resident care and basic nursing support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families
- Accurate documentation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Teamwork mindset and reliability across shifts
