Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $90 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform scrub and monitoring duties during electrophysiology studies and cardiac catheterizations
Operate fluoroscopy equipment safely and effectively
Assist physicians with EP stimulation and mapping procedures
Guide and mentor EP team members to ensure high-quality patient care
Support cath lab coverage on non-EP days and during PTO

Qualifications

Certified Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS) or equivalent
ARRT or RCIS certification required
Minimum 2 years of EP lab experience preferred
Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of fluoroscopy and radiation safety
Proficient in EP scrub, stimulation, and mapping techniques
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
