Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care with dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support nursing staff with safe transfers and positioning
Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control practices
Document care in charts or electronic records clearly and on time
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to enhance outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (Pennsylvania preferred or eligible)
High school diploma or equivalent
Positive background check and current immunizations as required
Compassionate patient-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including safe patient transfers

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and ADLs (activities of daily living)
Ability to take and record vital signs and observe patient condition
Infection control and safety best practices
Basic charting and documentation skills
Teamwork, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
