Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity and respect
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, mobility and toileting
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient changes accurately and promptly
- Communicate observations and concerns to the nursing team to support excellent outcomes
- Maintain infection control and safety standards to protect patients and staff
- Help create a warm, home-like atmosphere that supports patient well-being and comfort
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Pennsylvania certification preferred or eligible to transfer)
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain per facility policy
- Comfortable assisting with transfers, mobility and activities of daily living
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered attitude
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assisting with ADLs
- Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
- Basic infection control and safety practices
- Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families and team members
- Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn EHR documentation
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
