Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, bathing, and personal hygiene needs
Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver consistent, patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (per Pennsylvania requirements)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, compassionate patient care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED required
Completed state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control
Comfort with lifting/assisting patients and working on your feet for extended periods
Familiarity with charting and basic documentation practices
Ability to follow care plans and directions from nursing staff
Customer service mindset and the ability to connect with patients and families
