Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Assist with mobility, transfers and safe patient handling to prevent injury
Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with team members
Support resident dignity and comfort through respectful, person-centered care
Follow established infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current state certification or ability to obtain Pennsylvania CNA credentials
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and follow safety guidelines

Education

High school diploma or GED
Completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs and observations
Knowledge of basic infection control practices and PPE use
Good charting habits and ability to follow care plans
Reliable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
