Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support with daily living activities
Assist nursing team with vital signs, bathing, dressing, and mobility
Document patient status and care activities accurately and promptly
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff in a timely manner
Help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents
Support admission, transfer, and discharge activities as needed

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (must meet state requirements)
Comfortable providing personal care and physical assistance to patients
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required health screenings
Dependable, compassionate, and focused on patient dignity and safety

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and infection control practices
Familiarity with charting and documenting care activities
Ability to safely assist with transfers and mobility
Observation skills to notice and report patient changes
Teamwork and time management in a clinical setting
