Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Help residents maintain dignity and independence while ensuring safety
Support smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation
Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver consistent, person-centered care
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Current state-required documentation and immunizations as applicable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with residents and families
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a compassionate care team
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain if required by facility

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and activities of daily living (ADL) support
Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
Infection control practices and safe patient handling
Clear communication and teamwork within multidisciplinary care teams
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
