Shift Type: Initially Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day) through approximately June 15, 2026; then four 10-hour day shifts per week (shift variations: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with every 5th weekend coverage 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Day, rotating weekends)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality abdominal and OB/GYN ultrasound exams using Ultrasonography best practices
• Operate and document studies in Epic EMR accurately and efficiently
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during exams
• Collaborate with radiology teams and clinicians to ensure timely results
• Maintain equipment and follow safety and infection control protocols
• Adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

• RDMS with OB/GYN and Abdominal designations required
• Active BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• No new graduates — prior high-volume sonography experience preferred
• Ability to work day shifts and intermittent weekend coverage (every 5th weekend)
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (or equivalent)
• RDMS certification (OB/GYN and Abdominal) required

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in diagnostic ultrasonography techniques for AB and OB/GYN
• Comfortable using Epic EMR for patient documentation and workflows
• Excellent time management to handle varying shift lengths and site transitions
• Patient care, professionalism, and teamwork in fast-paced settings
• Familiarity with safety, infection control, and sonography equipment maintenance
