Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and operational tasks to keep daily activities running smoothly
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Organize documentation and records with attention to detail and confidentiality
• Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies to enhance team performance
• Assist in scheduling, reporting and follow-up to close out action items on time

Qualifications

• Experience in non-clinical, administrative, or project support roles preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contract environment with changing priorities
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to complete background checks and any required onboarding documentation

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office tools
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to getting things done
• Familiarity with project coordination or healthcare administrative processes is a plus
