Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care throughout the cardiac cath procedure journey
• Prepare patients and cath lab equipment for safe, efficient procedures
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and communicate changes promptly to the team
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure procedural safety standards are followed
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Document procedures, assessments, and care plans accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (state licensure required)
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience (as listed in the job posting)
• Specific experience in Cardiac Cath Lab (specialty experience required)
• Comfort and readiness for a travel nurse assignment

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with cardiac catheterization procedures and cath lab workflow
• Ability to monitor and interpret hemodynamic data and telemetry
• Strong infection control and sterile technique practices
• Clear communication skills and effective teamwork in fast-paced procedural settings
• Accurate clinical documentation and attention to detail
