Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, respectful basic care to patients and support their daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and mobility to promote dignity and comfort
Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
Document patient observations and tasks clearly and promptly
Follow infection control policies and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Communicate effectively with patients, families and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in orientation and on-the-job training to grow your skills

Qualifications

Current CNA certification required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
Willingness to attend paid orientation session beginning 2026-04-07
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic patient care and activities of daily living
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Good observation and documentation skills
Teamwork and reliable communication with nursing staff
Basic knowledge of infection control and patient safety practices
Comfort with physical tasks such as assisting with transfers and repositioning
