Contract Type: Per-Diem

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping with daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with the care team and families
Support resident dignity and independence while delivering hands-on care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (must be valid in Pennsylvania)
Comfortable providing hands-on resident care and assisting with ADLs
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
Reliable, compassionate, and a strong team player
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed state-approved CNA training program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of basic patient care and infection control
Comfortable taking vital signs and assisting with ADLs
Good communication and team collaboration skills
Basic documentation skills; attention to detail
Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
