Shift Type: Variable days, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility and safe transfers with proper body mechanics
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients
- Document care and observations clearly and promptly in resident charts
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality care
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Reliable attendance and dependability for scheduled shifts
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
- Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
- Infection control and basic safety procedures
- Clear documentation and charting fundamentals
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and team members
- Basic mobility assistance and fall prevention techniques
