Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient changes accurately
• Assist nursing team with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Communicate observations and concerns clearly to the care team
• Support mealtime assistance and ensure residents' comfort and dignity

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
• Comfortable providing direct patient care with empathy and reliability
• Clear background checks and any facility-required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• Completion of an approved CNA training program or equivalent
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in supporting ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Basic vital signs measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe patient handling practices
• Clear, respectful communication with residents and the care team
• Attention to detail for charting and following care plans
