Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift; specific days not specified)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility with compassion and respect
- Provide safe, attentive bedside care and monitor resident comfort and condition
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly to the nursing team
- Document care and observations clearly in the resident record to support continuity
- Support feeding and nutrition needs, including feeding assistance and monitoring intake
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team to promote dignity and individualized care
- Maintain infection control standards and facility safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Pennsylvania certification preferred)
- Completion of an accredited CNA program
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work collaboratively on a care team
- Basic documentation skills and willingness to learn facility charting systems
- BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state-approved CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient-centered care and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ADLs (activities of daily living) and safe transfer techniques
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Understanding of infection control and sanitation practices
- Basic charting and documentation skills
- Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail
