Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to assigned patients with dignity and respect
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per policy
- Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and escalate concerns
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to create and follow care plans
- Perform routine assessments, wound care, and IV/medication support as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and compliance with facility protocols
- Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must obtain upon hire
- Comfortable with medication administration and medication documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous LPN experience preferred but motivated new grads are welcome
Education
- Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN program) or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of practical nursing standards and patient safety practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate charting
- Skilled in medication administration, vital signs, and patient assessments
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment
- Personable approach to patient- and family-centered care
