Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift; specific days not specified)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and observations
- Support safe patient handling and fall-prevention strategies
- Follow infection control policies and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and communicate effectively with families
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification encouraged or able to obtain
- Current immunizations and TB screening as required by the facility
- Ability to pass background check and required pre-employment screenings
- Dependable, compassionate, and a strong team player
Education
- CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in personal care and ADL assistance
- Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with basic infection control practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to document care clearly and follow care plans
- Strong attention to resident safety and dignity
