Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality X-ray and CT imaging studies with accuracy and efficiency
Operate imaging equipment safely while following established protocols
Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication during procedures
Ensure images and documentation meet quality standards for diagnosis
Follow infection control, radiation safety, and departmental policies
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support patient outcomes

Qualifications

Illinois Radiologic Technologist license required
Graduate of an accredited program in radiological technology
CRP Certification (as listed) required
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Basic computer knowledge for image capture and charting
Good interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and ability to follow instructions
Basic math skills and attention to detail

Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology

Knowledge & Skills

X-ray imaging techniques
Computed Tomography (CT) operation
Patient positioning and patient care best practices
Radiological technology principles and safety
Basic computer literacy for imaging systems and documentation
Strong communication, teamwork, and sound clinical judgment
Ability to follow one- and two-step instructions accurately
Basic math for measurements and calculations
