Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality critical care to ICU patients
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and manage advanced life support systems and ventilators
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly
• Educate patients and families with clarity and empathy
• Respond rapidly to emergent situations and escalate appropriately

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license — California preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred
• Prior ICU or critical care experience highly valued
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset
• Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of critical care principles and ICU protocols
• Skilled in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
• Proficient with electronic health records and clinical documentation
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
