Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents—assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the care team promptly
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Document care accurately and thoroughly to keep the team informed
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar patient-care setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; CNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of ADLs and safe resident handling
- Basic measuring and recording of vital signs
- Familiarity with infection control practices and PPE use
- Comfortable with electronic or paper charting and timely documentation
- Strong teamwork, observation, and interpersonal skills
