Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care during overnight hours
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy
Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to interventions
Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team and families
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support admissions, discharges, and safe patient handoffs during shift changes
Promote patient safety, infection control, and a healing environment

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential (required)
Comfortable and experienced working overnight/extended shifts
Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team
Dependable, professional, and committed to high-quality patient care

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing skills: vital signs, medication administration, wound care
Patient assessment and monitoring during overnight periods
Accurate clinical documentation and electronic charting
Infection control and safety best practices
Teamwork, time management, and clear communication under pressure
