Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Day) — days of week not specified

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients with dignity
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility
Perform routine vital signs and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Support safe patient transfers and use proper body mechanics
Document care accurately and communicate clearly during shift handoffs
Help create a comfortable, clean environment and respond to patient needs quickly

Qualifications

Valid CNA certification in the applicable state (required)
Previous CNA experience preferred but new grads with strong skills are welcome
Current basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Reliable, patient-focused, with good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

CNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient-centered care and respectful bedside manner
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, safe transfers
Accurate documentation and clear shift-to-shift communication
Infection control practices and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care setting
