Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote patient comfort and dignity
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Support infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean environment
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current and active LNA licensure required
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program
• Ability to work overnight shifts and commit to every-other-weekend coverage
• Reliable transportation required for this assignment
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented approach to patient care

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved LNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assisting with ADLs, vital signs, and basic patient observations
• Familiarity with documentation best practices and clear communication with clinical teams
• Basic knowledge of infection control and safety standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate care under varying conditions
• Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns when needed
