Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and feeding as needed
- Document care accurately and timely in the patient record
- Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and the care team
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
- Assist with transfers and positioning to promote comfort and safety
- Be a dependable member of the team who helps improve patient experience
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification (licensed nursing assistant) — VT or NH scope appropriate for the role
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs and basic patient care
- Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently on per diem shifts
- Previous experience as an LNA preferred but strong new graduates with certification are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active LNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and personal hygiene assistance
- Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
- Familiarity with charting and following care plans
- Understanding of infection prevention and safety protocols
- Teamwork mindset and ability to follow clinical direction
