Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Cedar Ridge Center
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes with attention to detail
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Support care planning and follow-through to improve patient outcomes
Report changes in condition promptly and escalate concerns when needed

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential — active and in good standing
Ability to work the overnight shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
Local candidates only (LOCAL ONLY) — must be able to commute to Skowhegan
Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Medication administration and basic wound care knowledge
Clear documentation practices and familiarity with care plans
Teamwork and effective communication in a long-term care environment
Infection control and safe patient handling principles
