Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (day shifts); rotating every 4th weekend, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; on-call required — rotating day shifts with weekend coverage
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic exams with attention to patient comfort and safety
- Position patients and equipment accurately to obtain diagnostic images
- Operate radiology equipment and PACS systems while adhering to radiation safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to ensure timely imaging and clear communication
- Respond professionally to on-call requests and provide reliable coverage during rotation
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in the electronic systems
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Active ARRT registration (or state-equivalent radiography license) required
- Minimum 2 years of radiologic technologist experience preferred
- Willingness and ability to take call and work rotating weekends as scheduled
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Education
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of radiographic procedures, positioning, and radiation safety
- Familiarity with PACS and digital imaging workflows
- Excellent communication and patient-assessment skills
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shift periods
- Comfort with lifting and assisting patients as needed and maintaining professional bedside manner
