Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care thoroughly
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to maintain high-quality patient outcomes
Monitor patient status, report changes, and participate in care planning
Educate patients and families about care plans and daily health routines
Support a positive, safe environment by following facility policies and infection-control practices

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (New Mexico licensure preferred)
CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain promptly)
Demonstrated clinical competency as an LPN in a long-term care or similar setting
Comfortable working the listed schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN diploma or equivalent)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic wound care skills
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
Infection control standards and safe patient handling
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to changes in patient condition
Compassionate bedside manner and effective patient/family communication
