Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care to residents and patients
• Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice
• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in patient condition
• Document care and observations clearly and promptly in the charting system
• Collaborate with RNs, nursing assistants, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Support residents and families with clear communication and respectful interactions
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN classification (Class: LPN | RN) — active license required
• Comfortable and available to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shifts on a per diem basis
• Dependable, professional, and able to thrive in a team-focused long-term care setting
• Ability to complete facility onboarding and required trainings prior to first shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and basic patient care skills
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Clear, compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
• Familiarity with electronic charting or willingness to learn facility EMR
• Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork in a fast-paced care environment
