Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver daily radiation treatments using CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D techniques with precision and compassion
• Operate and perform quality checks on Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators and associated equipment
• Perform CT simulation and collaborate on patient setup to ensure reproducible treatment positioning
• Document treatments and patient interactions accurately in Mosaiq EMR
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to review treatment plans and adapt workflows for patient safety
• Support CyberKnife procedures when needed and assist with motion management workflows
• Communicate clearly with patients and families to explain procedures and alleviate concerns
• Contribute to a positive unit culture by mentoring staff and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• ARRT certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years radiation therapy experience
• Hands-on experience with Elekta linacs, ideally Elekta Versa HD (required)
• Mosaiq EMR experience (required)
• CT simulation experience (preferred)
• Experience with CRad motion management and/or CyberKnife (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, self-starter attitude, and a positive team approach
• Ability to work a travel assignment and adapt to unit-specific guidelines

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with CBCT, IGRT, IMRT, and 3D treatment techniques
• Skilled in linear accelerator operation and daily QA
• Comfortable performing CT simulation and patient immobilization
• Familiar with Mosaiq electronic medical record workflows
• Knowledge of CyberKnife operations and motion management principles
• Understanding of patient safety, radiation safety, and documentation best practices
