Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures across service lines including EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac
• Prepare and operate Philips C-arms and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems during cases
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and techs to ensure efficient, safe patient care in the cath lab
• Perform pre- and post-procedure patient assessments and documentation in Epic EMR
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure proper instrument and equipment setup
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly when called for urgent cases
• Contribute to team-based problem solving and continuous improvement of lab workflows

Qualifications

• Valid RN license OR RCIS/ARRT credential for cath lab tech roles
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum experience: 2 years (as listed) with cath lab or related procedural settings
• Demonstrated experience across at least 3 service-line modalities (EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac)
• Comfortable using Epic EMR and Philips C-arm imaging systems; Merge Vericis experience a plus
• Flexible, self-starter attitude and ability to take direction in a fast-paced procedural environment

Education

• RN license OR RCIS/ARRT credential (as applicable to role)
• BLS and ACLS required

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac catheterization and cath lab procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP), Interventional Radiology (IR), Neuro and Vascular procedure familiarity
• Proficiency with Philips C-arm imaging systems
• Experience with Epic EMR and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems
• Strong aseptic technique and procedural instrumentation knowledge
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills in acute care settings
