Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and serve as the go-to subject matter expert on compensation matters for assigned client areas
• Plan, execute, and manage compensation projects that span multiple organizational units
• Design and oversee salary surveys to benchmark competitive pay and inform compensation strategy
• Conduct job analyses and evaluations to recommend appropriate salary grades and market rates
• Develop statistical analyses and data models to support compensation decisions and reporting
• Audit and ensure compensation programs comply with company policies and federal/state regulations (e.g., FLSA, wage and hour laws)
• Recommend program revisions and develop new compensation approaches to address business needs
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff and act as an escalation point for complex compensation issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience working within Compensation and Human Resources (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required)
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork (highly preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare industry (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information
• Proven ability to partner with HR business partners, finance, and senior leaders

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field (required)

Knowledge & Skills

• Compensation program design and implementation
• Salary surveys and market benchmarking
• Job evaluation and job analysis methodologies
• Statistical analysis and data modeling for compensation decisions
• Compensation compliance including wage & hour and FLSA knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience producing actionable reports and recommendations
