Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and interventions
• Deliver skilled care using evidence-based techniques to help patients regain function
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes clearly and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safe recovery strategies
• Adapt treatment plans to meet changing patient needs and facility protocols
• Maintain professional licensure and participate in ongoing clinical education

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Active CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain promptly
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, acute care, or rehab settings preferred
• Comfort working in a travel/contract environment and adapting to new sites
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required background checks and credentialing

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
• Proficient with clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Knowledge of rehabilitation principles across diagnoses and age groups
• Ability to prioritize caseloads and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team collaboration
