Candidate Pay Rate: $154 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures with remote anesthesiologist supervision
- Perform regional anesthesia techniques including spinal, epidural, plexus blocks, IV regional anesthesia and minor nerve blocks
- Manage ventilation and perioperative airway care across pediatric to geriatric populations
- Document patient care promptly and accurately in EPIC
- Collaborate with OR and Endoscopy teams (RNs and techs) to ensure safe, efficient case flow
- Maintain patient safety and high-quality outcomes in a Level 4 trauma-designated facility
Qualifications
- Active CRNA credential (required)
- Current RN license or ability to obtain Michigan state licensure
- Experience providing anesthesia in OR and endoscopy settings
- Comfortable performing regional, spinal, epidural, and general anesthetic techniques
- Proven ability to work independently with remote anesthesiologist supervision
- Familiarity with EPIC or similar EMR systems
- Willingness to complete credentialing process (estimated 60 days)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program (CRNA)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve block techniques
- Proficiency in spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Ventilation management and airway skills for all age groups
- EPIC documentation and perioperative charting
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload (average ~15 cases/day)
- Excellent communication and teamwork within the OR environment
- Adaptability across pediatric to geriatric patient populations
