Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional NICU care including advanced neonatal ventilator support
Manage well-baby coverage and collaborate across multiple Saint Luke's locations
Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient and family outcomes
Deliver family-centered care and engage with resources like Angel Eye remote NICU monitoring
Contribute to unit education, mentor colleagues and support the new-grad program
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at a regional perinatal referral center to ensure safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) — required (cannot accept PAs, FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
New graduates welcome — tailored new-grad program and one-on-one mentorship available
Experience or comfort with NICU ventilator support and Level II/III neonatal care (preferred but new grads encouraged)
Willingness to engage in unit QI, education and family-centered care initiatives

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU clinical skills and neonatal ventilator management
Well-baby care and neonatal assessment
Family-centered care approach and experience with remote monitoring (Angel Eye)
Quality improvement, unit education, mentorship and precepting skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary neonatal team
