Roles & Responsibilities

Assist with planning, directing, and organizing the Case Management Department
Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to management and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and healthcare system requirements
Coordinate and oversee departmental services and performance improvement
Demonstrate clinical and managerial competency

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
Current Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse
Three years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program
Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing, MBA, or related field

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and managerial skills
Ability to plan, delegate, monitor, and improve work performance
Sound judgment, patience, and professional demeanor
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills
