Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures with precision and care
Prepare operating rooms for smooth operations
Support surgeons and teams to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
Maintain sterile environments to ensure safety first

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist
Current BLS certification
Washington state credentials if required
Commitment to high standards in the OR

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and setups
Knowledge of aseptic techniques
Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced settings
Attention to detail under pressure
