Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures with precision and care
Prepare operating rooms for successful outcomes
Support surgeons and teams to deliver top-notch patient care
Maintain sterile environments to ensure safety
Contribute to meaningful pediatric surgeries that change lives

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist
Current BLS certification
Experience in surgical settings preferred
Ohio license if required
Passion for pediatric care a plus

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation
Sterile technique mastery
Knowledge of operating room protocols
Team collaboration in high-pressure environments
Familiarity with pediatric surgical procedures
