Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language pathology assessments and individualized treatment plans for SNF residents
• Deliver evidence-based therapy for communication and swallowing disorders, tracking progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to coordinate resident care and maximize functional outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with CRG policies and facility standards
• Meet productivity expectations and contribute to a positive, efficient therapy environment
• Be present on-site to receive guaranteed hours and participate in team meetings and patient care planning

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical SLP experience (as stated in the job notes)
• State SLP license or eligibility to be licensed in New Mexico (confirm requirements prior to start)
• Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and familiar with SNF documentation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with nursing and therapy staff
• Ability to meet productivity expectations (90% productivity requirement noted)
• Willingness to follow company policies and the facility dress code (black scrubs)

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent graduate degree)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in SLP assessment and intervention for adult/geriatric populations
• Experience with dysphagia management and safe swallowing techniques
• Proficient documentation practices and timely charting
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Team-oriented mindset and effective interdisciplinary communication
• Familiarity with SNF workflows, productivity expectations, and facility policies
