Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in outpatient settings
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and feeding skills
Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapy goals
Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for home practice

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Arizona state license in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
Valid BLS certification
Experience in outpatient or clinical setting a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices for diverse patient populations
