Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including every 3rd weekend and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory therapy to patients across all age ranges from 0 to 100
Perform arterial blood gases (ABGs) and EKGs as needed
Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation (PB980, Hamilton C1, V60 BiPAP)
Administer treatments and monitor patient response
Work independently in the ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings

Qualifications

Active North Dakota Respiratory Therapy License required at submission
CRT or RRT (RRT preferred) certification
BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and NRP preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy
Ability to work independently and handle being the only RT on shift

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ventilator management and respiratory equipment
Experienced with Meditech EMR
Skilled in ABG collection and analysis
Knowledge of EKG interpretation
Comfortable with all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
