Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment
Quickly adapt to new teams and facilities with a positive attitude
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes
Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality

Qualifications

Valid professional license in Michigan (RN, RT, PT, etc. as applicable)
BLS certification required; advanced certifications a plus
Minimum of 1 year of experience in your specialty
Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in new settings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical expertise in your assigned specialty
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
