Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days, flexible schedule with self-scheduling and blocked time for IP evals and documentation)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopaedic conditions
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care and early intervention
Utilize a warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy
Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and supervisor
Maintain productivity of approximately 8-10 patients per day

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification
Some pediatric experience required
Must live or be willing to travel within 60 miles of Fort Morgan

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric physical therapy including developmental delay, torticollis, and ortho
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Strong communication and patient education skills
Flexibility to adapt to occasional weekend on-call
