Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with precision, adhering to department protocols and regulatory standards.
Serve as the first line of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Participate in quality improvement and process control activities to maintain high standards of care.
Efficiently process and transmit images to PACS for timely diagnosis.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient imaging needs.

Qualifications

Current CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) or equivalent state license
ARRT-R certification required
Current BCLS (AHA) certification
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES
At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist (preferred)
Proficient in computer skills and PACS
Willingness to obtain fluoroscopy permit within 6 months and venipuncture certificate within 3 months of hire

Education

Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES

Knowledge & Skills

Diagnostic radiographic procedures
PACS and image processing
Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
Customer service and patient interaction
Quality improvement and PI/QC activities
